Supply Chain Systems Engineer

Impact

  • Help teams understand constraints across suppliers, parts, schedules, and demand.
  • Design workflows that support faster, better-informed supply chain decisions.
  • Bridge operational expertise and software delivery.

What you'll do

  • Map supply chain workflows, data sources, constraints, and decision points.
  • Work with engineers to build integrations, analytics, and planning tools.
  • Support requirements discovery, testing, and adoption with users.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, forecasting, and optimization.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of supply chain systems, manufacturing systems, ERP, logistics, or operations experience.
  • Ability to work with operational data and technical teams.
  • Strong systems thinking and process improvement skills.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Top Secret security clearance.
  • Comfort working with ambiguous mission, data, and engineering problems.
  • Strong written communication and ability to explain technical decisions to technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred experience

  • AWS experience is a plus, especially secure cloud, GovCloud, serverless, data, or AI services.
  • AI, machine learning, LLM, agentic workflow, or decision intelligence experience is a plus.
  • Experience in defense, government, manufacturing, aerospace, logistics, or other mission-critical environments is a plus.
