Impact
- Help teams understand constraints across suppliers, parts, schedules, and demand.
- Design workflows that support faster, better-informed supply chain decisions.
- Bridge operational expertise and software delivery.
What you'll do
- Map supply chain workflows, data sources, constraints, and decision points.
- Work with engineers to build integrations, analytics, and planning tools.
- Support requirements discovery, testing, and adoption with users.
- Identify opportunities for automation, forecasting, and optimization.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of supply chain systems, manufacturing systems, ERP, logistics, or operations experience.
- Ability to work with operational data and technical teams.
- Strong systems thinking and process improvement skills.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Top Secret security clearance.
- Comfort working with ambiguous mission, data, and engineering problems.
- Strong written communication and ability to explain technical decisions to technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred experience
- AWS experience is a plus, especially secure cloud, GovCloud, serverless, data, or AI services.
- AI, machine learning, LLM, agentic workflow, or decision intelligence experience is a plus.
- Experience in defense, government, manufacturing, aerospace, logistics, or other mission-critical environments is a plus.
