Impact
- Bridge the gap between field reality and production engineering.
- Prototype fast, learn from users, and harden what works.
- Own outcomes across discovery, build, deployment, and adoption.
What you'll do
- Embed with internal and customer teams to understand workflows, constraints, and mission needs.
- Build prototypes, integrations, automations, dashboards, and production features.
- Translate user feedback into engineering requirements and delivery plans.
- Troubleshoot issues across data, infrastructure, application, and workflow layers.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of software, data, systems, or solutions engineering experience.
- Ability to work across frontend, backend, data, cloud, and user-facing problem solving.
- Strong ownership instincts and comfort operating without perfect requirements.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Top Secret security clearance.
- Comfort working with ambiguous mission, data, and engineering problems.
- Strong written communication and ability to explain technical decisions to technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred experience
- AWS experience is a plus, especially secure cloud, GovCloud, serverless, data, or AI services.
- AI, machine learning, LLM, agentic workflow, or decision intelligence experience is a plus.
- Experience in defense, government, manufacturing, aerospace, logistics, or other mission-critical environments is a plus.
